I. About the Clearance Sale
Q: Why are we clearing out at a loss?
A: Due to long-term and continuous losses, the brand is unable to continue normal operations. Therefore, we have decided to clear out all inventory vases at below cost price to reduce warehousing pressure and close the brand’s operations.
Q: Is this a promotional activity?
A: No. This is a genuine clearance sale. All items are sold below cost price. While supplies last, no restocking will be provided.
II. About Orders and Shipping
Q: Where do I ship from?
A: All orders are shipped from the United States.
Q: How long does it take for my order to ship after I place it?
A: Orders are processed on the same day (orders placed before the deadline on weekdays will be shipped on the same day). Orders placed on weekends and US federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order after it is shipped?
A: The estimated shipping time is 2 days (from carrier pickup to delivery). Please note that delays may occur in a very small number of remote areas.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can check the shipping status on the carrier’s website.
III. Regarding Returns and Refunds
Q: Can clearance items be returned?
A: Yes, but only for quality issues (such as damage or serious defects). Returns for reasons other than quality, such as “no-reason return” or “dislike,” are not accepted.
Q: What is the time limit for returns?
A: Please apply for a return within 30 days of signing for the package. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.
Q: How long does it take for a refund to arrive?
A: After the warehouse receives the returned goods and confirms they are in good condition, the refund will be returned to your original payment account within 3 days.
Q: Who bears the return shipping costs?
A: Return shipping costs for quality issues will be borne by Michael Caldwell (photos of damage/defects are required as proof). Returns are not accepted for non-quality issues, therefore shipping costs are not involved.
Q: Can I exchange this item?
A: No. Clearance items are limited in quantity and exchanges are not offered. For quality issues, please apply for a return and refund directly.
IV. Regarding Billing and Payment
Q: Is this a one-time sale?
A: Yes. This clearance sale is a one-time event. After the clearance sale ends, this brand will no longer sell any items, and there will be no restocking, pre-sales, or subsequent purchase channels.
Q: Can the price be further reduced?
A: All vases are priced below cost and are not open for negotiation or price matching. The price at the time of order is the final price.
Q: Which payment methods are accepted?
A: Credit cards, PayPal, and other payment tools supported on the page are accepted.
Q: Do I need to pay taxes? A: Orders within the United States will be automatically subject to sales tax calculated and charged according to the laws of the state where the shipping address is located.
V. Other Questions
Q: Will the brand still exist after the clearance sale?
A: No. Michael Caldwell will cease operations after the clearance sale. All after-sales services (such as refunds for quality issues) will only be available for a limited time of 30 days after the clearance sale ends.
