Return Conditions: Returns are accepted for quality issues; returns are also accepted for non-quality issues (such as dislike, wrong purchase, etc.), but packaging requirements must be met.
Refund Arrival Time: Within 3 days of receiving and confirming the return from the warehouse. Return shipping costs: Michael Caldwell covers quality issues; buyers cover non-quality issues.

Unlike other clearance sales, Michael Caldwell understands that you need to open the packaging to check the actual condition of the vase. Therefore:
You can apply for a return after opening; the original sealed packaging does not need to be preserved.
Retention Requirements: Please repackage the vase carefully using the original packaging materials (bubble wrap, foam, cardboard box, etc.) to ensure it is not damaged during transportation.
If the original packaging is damaged or discarded, please repackage it using packaging materials of equal protective strength.
⚠️ Note: Additional scratches, dents, or stains on the vase due to improper use after opening may affect the return review result.
