I. Order Processing and Shipping
Shipping Location: USA
Order Processing Time: Same day (Orders placed before the deadline on weekdays will be shipped on the same day)
Shipping Time: 2 days (Estimated time from carrier pickup to delivery; delays may occur in rare areas)
Carrier: USPS / UPS / FedEx (Automatically assigned based on warehouse location)
Orders placed on weekends and US federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping time is calculated from the carrier’s pickup date, not the order submission date.
II. Returns and Refunds (Clearance Sale Special Rules)
Due to the goods being sold below cost, the return policy is as follows:
Return Time Window: Within 30 days of receipt.
Return Conditions: Only quality issues (damage, serious defects) are accepted. “No-reason returns” or “I don’t like it” are not accepted.
Refund Arrival Time: Returns will be processed within 3 days of receiving and confirming the returned item.
Return Shipping Costs: Michael Caldwell will cover quality issues (photo proof required); returns are not accepted for non-quality issues.
Limited quantities of clearance items are available; exchanges are not offered. For quality issues, please request a refund directly.

Pricing Nature: All vases are priced below Michael Caldwell’s historical cost price; there are no hidden fees.
One-Time Sale: After this clearance sale, the brand will no longer sell any items, nor will it restock, offer pre-sales, or provide subsequent purchase options.
Taxes: Sales tax for orders within the United States will be automatically calculated according to the laws of the state where the shipping address is located.
Payment Methods: Credit Card / PayPal / other payment tools supported on the page.
Price Lock: The price at the time of order placement is the final price; negotiation and price matching are not accepted.
Inventory Authenticity: The displayed inventory is the actual inventory. Once sold out, it will be removed from the store; there is no virtual inventory.
