Due to continued losses, Michael Caldwell has decided to clear out all its vase inventory at a loss. The following logistics policy applies only to this clearance sale.

I. Shipping Information

Order Processing Time: Same day (Orders placed before the weekday deadline will be shipped on the same day)
Shipping Time: 2 days (Estimated time from carrier pickup to delivery)
Carrier: USPS / UPS / FedEx (Automatically assigned based on warehouse location)

📌 Orders received on weekends and US federal holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

II. Shipping Instructions

  1. Shipping Time Calculation

Shipping time is calculated from the date the carrier picks up the package, not the order submission date.

2 days is an estimated delivery time. Most areas can be delivered within 2 days; a very small number of remote areas may experience delays of 1-2 days.

  1. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking number.

You can check the delivery progress in real time by entering the tracking number on the carrier’s website.

  1. Delivery Area

Delivery to addresses within the United States is supported only.

PO Box and APO/FPO addresses are not supported (please fill in the specific street address).

III. Logistics-Related Return Policy
Due to this clearance sale, logistics-related returns are limited to the following situations:

Return Time Window: Within 30 days of receipt.

Returnable Circumstances: Limited to quality issues (such as damage during transportation, serious defects).

Unacceptable Return Circumstances: Logistics delays (excluding damage), wrong style purchased, dislike, etc.

Refund Arrival Time: Within 3 days of the warehouse receiving and confirming the return, the refund will be returned to the original payment method.

📦 Handling of Damaged Goods During Shipping:

If you find damage to the outer packaging upon receipt, we recommend taking photos on the spot or refusing to accept the package.

Contact customer service within 48 hours of signing for the package, providing your order number and at least two photos of the damage.

Once the damage is confirmed to be due to shipping, we will arrange a return and a full refund.
